Three Simple Steps to Apply
Submit Your Application
Complete our online application form. It only takes a few minutes to get started.
Submit Required Documents
Send us your supporting documents, including your transcripts, proof of English proficiency, and a copy of your passport.
Receive Your Contract
Once we receive your documents, we’ll send your contract with enrolment details and campus rules. Please read it carefully and sign.
Letter of Acceptance
Once we receive the signed contract, we will issue a Letter of Acceptance. This letter is required when applying for a study permit in Canada.

- Completed Application Form
- Copy of Passport
- High School or Post-secondary Transcripts (translated if needed)
- Proof of English Proficiency (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo)
- Additional documents depending on program (we’ll let you know)

Section 3: Pay Your Application Fee
Application Fee
There is a non-refundable application fee of $150 CAD. You can pay online through our secure payment system.
Section 4: What Happens Next?
After You Apply
Once we receive your application and documents:
- Our team will review everything.
- If approved, you’ll receive an official Letter of Acceptance.
- You’ll then proceed with tuition payment and, if you're an international student, your visa application.
Visa Application
Immigration Consultants are the only ones allowed to help you with your Visa application. Please let us know how it went.
Section 5: Requirements

Requirement #1:
- High school completion or higher.
Applicants who have not completed High School may be considered for admission through the college’s Prior Learning Assessment process.

Starting January 1, 2025, Arbutus College (as well as all other PTIB institutions) can accept the following English proficiency options.
